Employee Overtime Cases Could Wind Up Before Supreme Court

Federal courts across the U.S. have come to different interpretations about whether certain white-collar employees are eligible for overtime pay if they work more than 40 hours a week—and that could mean the matter ultimately may have to be decided by the Supreme Court.
